The most powerful machine can handle mid-traffic situations in commercial buildings that require up to 500 starts per day, and also delivers a steady performance during occasional traffic peaks with up to 180 starts/hour. Intelligent controller The CMC4+ 20/50 controller ensures reliable and safe operation of the elevator. It reduces energy consumption by intelligently avoiding empty rides and switching components to stand-by during idle time. Must-have options for the commercial segment, such as VIP travel, pre-opening of doors and connectivity to building management systems, are readily available. The Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) will safely take you (load dependent) to the next floor [1] and open the doors to allow passengers to exit the elevator cabin [2].
